Pays is decent but some who gets same pay is even not worthy of that. Pays more than some jobs out there for manufacturing but same kind of culture in a different level as other I've experience.

Cons

Mostly everything that is taught in trainer center doesn't exist in production floor. Most employees that is there who is more than 1-2 years or more is bitter and doesn't want to train due to bad culture of resentment of past history. Not sure but I don't want to know. Already looking for new job.
