Senior management is a joke. Lying and deceit are not only accepted, but encouraged. Toxic culture. Excessive overtime, especially during warmer weather. HR is understaffed. IT is understaffed. Quality is barely staffed at all. Manufacturing engineering is understaffed. Fabrication is understaffed. Assembly is understaffed. Paint is under staffed. Logistics is understaffed. Engineering is understaffed. Customer Service is understaffed. Marketing is understaffed. The sales side is understaffed. You get the picture? The only department that doesn't appear to be understaffed is finance. Excessive turnover at all levels. Manage by changing the seating chart. Preach about people first, and then treat employees like crap. We all know it is shareholders first. Short sighted. No long term vision. If there is a vision, it is not communicated. Talk incessantly about employee survey results, yet do nothing to address issues. Cult like obsession with industry trade shows. Oshkosh is part of the military industrial complex, if you are ok with that.

the "not" from the pros comes from super mediocre management and a high turnover rate of new and old employees. HR doesn't follow their own rules and the supervisors don't do their own jobs they won't fire bad employees which makes the good ones make up the difference with similar pay
