When you see a fire truck and see the name Pierce on the side, you know that you help to make that truck. You were part of something special. Everyone is very helpful if you have any questions they will help you. You are able to learn new jobs and able to work you way up the corporate ladder.

Cons

There are non that I can think of.

The longer term employees that have been with the company since before the OTC purchase are loyal, talented and hard working.

Cons

Great company in the past but since the management changed after John R. retired, the company only cares about the bottom line. Employees and customers are only factors to the bottom line without no loyalty to either.
