Pay is fair. It feels good to know the product you are building will be saving lives. Tools to properly complete work are provided. Compared to other companies locally working here seems pretty stable. Lots of mandatory and voluntary overtime.

Cons

Only 2 weeks of paid vacation the first 8 years of employment. Lack of training. It is a common occurrence to have to wait in line to use a toilet stall. There isn't much recognition for doing anything extra.

Competitive pay, part of a large company with plenty of room for growth or horizontal career moves. People are kind, workplace is clean and profressional.

Cons

Training is terrible. There is no real training program on the office side. It is really hard to meet people, especially if they aren't involved in your day to day work. People say you will feel new for years,
