Pierce was once one of the area's best employers. They led in quality, innovation and treated employees like family. Now their only concern is profit and executive compensation. They have complete disregard for their employees and their families, the quality of the products we build has been drastically diminished. The company banks their success on its name that so many people worked so hard to build so many years ago. Now corporate greed has busted that reputation and completely destroyed employee morale. The employees have absolutely no representation, even their HR department exists only to protect the liability of the company. It's only a matter of time until their customers fully realize they're paying premium prices for quickly built inferior products.
