Pros

The longer term employees that have been with the company since before the OTC purchase are loyal, talented and hard working.

Cons

Great company in the past but since the management changed after John R. retired, the company only cares about the bottom line. Employees and customers are only factors to the bottom line without no loyalty to either.

Very helpful co-workers. The people at Pierce are great and often help each other out with tasks when under tight deadlines.

Cons

Management is usually evoloving pretty regularly, seems to be getting more stable though.

Unreasonable expectations of overtime for some departments. Lack of cooperation between departments. Lack of consistent leadership. Lack of long-term vision.
