Lying and deceit are not only accepted, but encouraged.
Toxic culture.
Excessive overtime, especially during warmer weather.
HR is understaffed. IT is understaffed. Quality is barely staffed at all. Manufacturing engineering is understaffed. Fabrication is understaffed. Assembly is understaffed. Paint is under staffed. Logistics is understaffed. Engineering is understaffed. Customer Service is understaffed. Marketing is understaffed. The sales side is understaffed. You get the picture?
The only department that doesn't appear to be understaffed is finance.

Manage by changing the seating chart.
Preach about people first, and then treat employees like crap. We all know it is shareholders first.
Short sighted. No long term vision. If there is a vision, it is not communicated.
Talk incessantly about employee survey results, yet do nothing to address issues.
Cult like obsession with industry trade shows.
