Great job security, reliable pay, great flexibility with home life, laid back job at times. Benefits Are GREAT!

Cons

Everybody walks around with there head down. Like they are under a performance review. Been with company a yr and barely know my boss. Real squeaky tight when it comes to "additional parts" no comfortability with upper management. Push push pull. Whatever it takes to get job done. Never praises

There aren't really any pros that I've experienced in my 5 years of working there.

Cons

There are no benefits, no holiday pay, and at least at the Pig I work at it is nearly impossible to get a raise .
