Opportunity to advance if you are willing to put the work in. Large company. Many different types of positions available from anything in a restaurant to IT, HR or corporate

Cons

Leadership training is not available. No management training program. Not much assistance from corporate.

Pros

Easy job, basic skills required. Customers were easy to please, hours were decent. Co-workers were enjoyable.

Cons

Management did not have any higher education beyond high school and it showed in their handling of the store and employees. Felt like you were working with a bunch of high schoolers, always drama and people talking behind your back.
