Depending on who you're working with it was great. Wonderful amount of interaction with customers and a reasonably easy job.

Cons

Convoluted management hierarchy, undermining of employees wages, heavy favoritism.

Great client base, the managers also were very nice. They expected you to work hard and if you did they would let you know.

Cons

A lot of my coworkers were slackers and it was hard to get time off because they would always call in "sick".

Very flexible with hours and scheduling. Training was fast and really comprehensive. Didn't take long to come accustomed to where items were in the store.

Cons

The boss has no backbone. The office manager is gossip orientated and condescending. There seems to be no system for discipline, rewards, reviews, raises, punch times, ect...
