Good pay ,Per diem, New equipment, they have jobs all over the South, lots of overtime on transmission jobs , HR is very friendly that means a lot when you're on the road 24/7

Cons

Good upper management they mean well when they hire you I really don't think they are not that racist but very racist out in the field co-workers the N- Word was used commonly in a ear shot of me not in my face but close enough that they knew I heard it...

None come to mind on Management , back office personal very kind and helpful when calling in from the field. Nice Corporate offices and shop.

Cons

Team work not a common occurrence, management more interested in helping themselves first and are glad to find fault and pass it along to others employees.
