Pilgrim's Assembly/Production-Hourly reviews

Lots of hours and overtime, benefits but lack of information in regards to 401k, low vacation time (5 days per year) and lots of work. Equal pay to men and women but men do more of the heavy lifting and women more secondary work but we still get paid the same which can be frustrating when theyre just standing aorund and youre doing more work but getting paid the same.
