Pros
Unionized, multi-cultural, good benefits, reasonable bosses (for the most part), easy to move up in company, overall not a bad place to work as long as you're willing to work hard and aren't an idiot who can't follow basic directions.
Cons
Occasional lack of communication (though understandable given the enviroment, still frustrating)
