good salary just coming out of college the job itself was not hard controlled climate work environment

Cons

basically worked 7 days a week (usually around 80 hours but paid for 40) NO communication from upper management dayshift has set hours but nightshift would sometimes work 4pm-10am but you never knew how long you would run until they just said to stop
