Pilgrims is an affirmative Action company. If you are white YOU WILL be actively discriminated against by the Pilgrims black community at large and there is nothing you can do. They have a rule that they will not hire an ex con. But they will and put them in a supervisory position. That is why their equipment stays broken and they have downtime. Never worked for a hypocritical company like this before.

There were incidences where safety for employees was not priority. Also felt like staff complaints were ignored and not handled properly.
