You learn a lot about chicken lol. Do thing's you never knew you could. You meet a lot of new people and it's good money

Crazy hours, you loose your whole day literally. And it's extremely cold

learned a lot about working in the manufacturing industry, quality assurance, teamwork, using large and heavy machinery and clean-up and importance of reporting on time.

Cons

soooooo competitive to the point of co-workers trying to sabatage and most of the employees are very racist and discriminating and even rally against minors -->and bully in gangs which is egged on by immature supervisors
