      Pros

      supervisor was good I had nice coworkers. You can move up fast in the company if you supply yourself I have nothing bad to say about this company.

      Cons

      if you a good worker the supervisors would use you the most because they know the job would get done. that's the only thing bad

      Pros

      It was good pay, and they gave a lot of overtime if asked. The employees are easy to work with, as well as the supervisors.

      Cons

      The downside was that i was working on night shifts. Although they did have a day shift so it is not that bad.

      Pros

      There aren't many pros at Pilgrim's Pride. However employees are paid weekly and it's a steady job if you follow all rules.

      Cons

      The smell outside is horrible. Supervisors and leads aren't always consistent making some days/nights chaotic. The company in Canton, GA is very diverse and some of the foreigners are very difficult to work with. Departments are often short handed making work harder.
