Mixture of good and bad managers. A lot of people in roles that don't care and just there to collect their pay.

No one really tells you anything about what is going on, no one gives you a tour, agency workers can be put in random parts of the factory, but they won't tell you where one part of the factory is from the other. Some line managers and perm staff can be quite rude and aggressive if you, despite being there for the first day, don't know everything, or where things go. Some line managers shout at you to do something you were literally about to do, then say "we don't have time to hang around", when THEY stop YOU to tell you to do the thing you were about to do, on your own initiative.
