The pay is really good.

Cons

Extensive over time we work 6 to sometimes 7 days straight. There always downtime because they don't properly fix the equipment. Noone in upper management are on the same page. Most unorganized workflow ive worked in.

Always same work schedule; Bank holiday payment; A month of holidays per year ; Overtime job; 1,5x for overtime job; Good and cheap food in canteen;When it's holiday season, there's a festive atmosphere, decorations, and Christmas presents.

Cons

Bad managers and supervisors; racism from supervisors ; All managers, team leaders, supervisors unable to work with people; low pay for hard jobs; no any point to stay on the hard positions; There is no possibility of transferring to another department, even if you have been bullied by management.
