      Pros

      Pillar construction is a great place to invest your career and future. Two years ago Pillar became an ESOP company, investing into their employees and allowing them t make great changes internally. I started here with little to no experience in construction or management and have managed to work my way up to a position that works with major project finances!

      Cons

      I would say the only con about Pillar is the location of the office. It is a bit confusing at first but once you get a hang of it, it’s not bad.
