Management & supervisors are out of touch & have forgotten that the drivers are the ones that make the money for the company. Safety is on the back burner & drivers are always at fault without management taking accountability for their failures. Don’t waste your time coming here since they are always looking at you through the cameras yet the supervisors don’t have them in their work trucks or company decals. You have take your own uniforms, tablet charger & pipewrench since they can’t provide anything but a hard hat which might be used. Driver retention is bad as they are always hiring since the new hires see how disorganized it is.
