Pros

You hit overtime (time and a half) after you work 37.5 hours in a week

Cons

Expected to work 50+ hours a week with unrealistic expectations and management who openly treat you as expendable. Profit share used to be good, but its declined each of the last 5 years (even though Profit has increased each year)

Pros

Staff appreciation events. Tax Free mileage reimbursement. Mix of field and office work.

Cons

Labor shortage can lead to burnout. Offices and managers are encouraged to take more than they can handle and are competitive with each other. Can be working in some pretty hazardous/nasty environments.
