Pros

- great corporate culture - opportunities to pursue your interests and ideas - learning and mentorship - flexibility and work/life balance

Cons

- pay is below average (budget is not organized well) - benefits could be better - out of touch CEO - CEO and Executive Team made up of old white men who lead through intimidation and elitism - limited opportunities for growth

Depends on your career level...

Pros

The company offers great perks, but....if you get the wrong manager, you're screwed. Great for new grads and entry-level positions. A great place to learn and gain experience.

Cons

Management is too stubborn and two-faced to listen to what their staff has to say. Not willing to work together. If you have senior experience, this company would not be a good fit for you as micro-management is a big issue as well. It's all about control and not working as a team. Poor leadership style.

Pros

You will gain a huge amount of experience very quickly. The company really focuses on your career growth and supports your interests. You get overtime pay over 37.5 hours. Benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

Very heavy workload at times, and other times you struggle to fill out your timesheet. Burnout is common. Pay is not great. It’s almost expected you work 50-60 hrs/week, and when you do, you still really don’t even make what I feel should be the base salary for a job that requires as much technical knowledge and takes up such a large portion of your energy and time. Work life balance is not great. Every project is over budget before it even starts. You can’t afford not to be operating at 100%.
