Pros

Used to bring in food

Cons

Wouldn’t recommend Pinchin to my worst enemy. The fraud and corruption runs all the way up to the top. On a client basis, The company hides what environmental concerns they can to save the client money but in doing so, opens them up to liability. On an employee basis, it’s the worst company I can think of. The company prefers to hire from colleges to pay them less and paid so low that they only raised entry level wage after finding out all other companies pay more. The company also suppresses advancement and training. People and culture (HR) has hid harassment by senior managers, sent personal emails of employees country wide and lied to the labour board. Senior management was angry at an employee for requiring an asbestos test in a contaminated building. Entering the pandemic, the CEO refused to provide masks to employees claiming “it did not protect the person wearing it” while continuing to require employees to enter personal residences and senior care homes. The COO was stopped from committing fraud as while the company was laying off hundreds of employees claiming “a sudden and unforeseeable reduction in work” in order to not have to pay them, he bought a second personal property (a ski chalet). An employee stopped him from using a company card to perform an assessment on the property. The company cut as many staff as possible, changed contracts without notice and received government grants in order to pay senior staff full salaries and bonuses while putting low level staff on work reduction. Any employees that could left the company, and they now cannot find employees to work for them due to their mistreatment. Do yourself a favour, find another job, for any other company.

This review was made by a former employee who was laid off during the COVID-19 pandemic and ultimately not recalled by Pinchin. Pinchin does not agree with this former employee’s allegations, which we have confirmed are unfounded and inaccurate.
