Good benefits, a great social atmosphere (in my office anyways), and supportive management. I find my supervisor is very approachable, and so are the practice leaders, when it comes to any questions that I have. There is a large opportunity for taking on additional responsibility if wanted.

Cons

Low pay compared to other consulting companies, an expectance to always be on-call and available to work.
