Pros

Good benefits. Opportunities to try different departments. Coworkers are nice. Overall not a lot of positives here, try to avoid Pinchin.

Cons

This comes from a west coast employee (formerly Pinchin West). Terrible work life balance. They just throw work at you and expect you to get it done. Techs are constantly pulling 70 hour weeks. The management doesn't seem to care about there employees and all they care about is making money for their shareholders; hence why they are always down your throat about your billibility even if your writing proposal or getting the company work. The culture here is garbage, I do not know one person who like working here. Not to mention that they under pay compared to industry standards. Might be a place to get some experience but not worth it for the long run.

I can tell you we are actively trying to fill roles in your office to achieve better work/life balance for existing staff. Thank you for your dedication in this situation. I would also like to share that based on survey information we received recently, various offices - including Richmond - will be part of a Human Resources initiative as we explore what improvements can be made to your working environment. Local travel, if you're into that sort of thing. Good place to start if you're out of university, looking for experience.

Cons

Very poor training system. Sends incompetent individuals into the field (No fault of their own).
