Pros

Prior to Covid and expanding into the United States, Pinchin was a wonderful place to work. Employees felt seen, important and opinions mattered. There was always some type of small staff appreciation happening.

Cons

Promotions given to those who should not have them (i.e., lack of skills, training). EVERYTHING is about the bottom line and it's thrown in your face on a weekly basis. No appreciation. Nobody is held accountable for their actions. Management is a boys club.
