Pros
Work with some of the smartest people available, whether its with my team or cross-functional teams. Work with some of the hottest technology out there, there's always room to grow (no stagnation yet). The capability to work remotely, on a regular basis. Teamwork in every effort, no egos getting in the way of getting the job done. Individual efforts supported by team members and management, never left alone on an island.
Cons
Work sessions can extend late into the night, or even into the next day. Managing stress is key. Some of these sessions are planned months in advance, others are unplanned.
