Little to none bonus Work can be tremendous in busy season

Large fleet of rental gear, old and in need of updating and replacement. Branch locations hoard, and don't play well with others. ERP, CRM, cloud storage and intranet are dysfunctional and misaligned. CRM is being used to 10% of its capacity, and is not being used appropriately. for years we were told there would be total integration. IT is running the show. i.e., Customer Service vs Inside sales vs outside sales vs management it is a disconnected mess. Customers are quietly leaving, and finding the same products elsewhere. Local and national competition is winning bids, rfp's, matching or beating quotes, and out servicing Pine. A purchase made off of the Pine website is not attributed on a clients account, it is counted as a web sale. Difficult to track. Their E-commerce goals don't exist in a space that is built for increased revenue. A new CEO and his team arrived at some point in 2022, and has quietly changed the vision from a revenue producing, customer focused model to a Logistical model. They appear to assume that Pine will always "get the sale" so they concentrate on efficiencies related to logistics.
