Pros

This iconic company is follows a set of values set down in 1852, but are timeless: Integrity, excellence and vigilance. The whole company is in a rising growth period, and those able to adapt well to dynamic and challenging environments will find themselves right at home here. If you require rigid structure to feel good about your job, you'll probably want to keep looking; the company values well-communicated ideas almost as much as it values flawless execution and attention to detail.

Cons

Pinkerton demands nothing short of one's best effort, and for salaried people that means long days, many weekends, and interrupted social events are the norm. If you're looking for a work-life balance that promotes a vibrant social life outside of work, you will probably be disappointed. But this is a place where you get out of it what you put into it.

Pros

The only pros is that salary is credited on time

Cons

For last few year there is lots of management change, whether you achieve your 200% of targets but still you won't get any incentive/bonus. We have received very less salary increment last, this year hopefully this will be lower. Weather you work for 6 days/work rigorously in weekends but no one is bothered about this. Worst form of work life management is there, you have to come office in time, but there is no fixed time to leave. Management treats employees like................they are always ready with explanation. Till date there is no written communication from management that they have stopped giving incentives.

Pros

I was a long time employee and generally speaking enjoyed my career with Pinkerton. I was in office management and was somewhat reasonably compensated for my efforts over time. The executive management team took Pinkerton to the digital era and was well executed.

Cons

The executive management team and their lack of honesty, integrity and ethics drew me away from Pinkerton. Plus too much office gossiping and political posturing at the time.
