- No straightforward training procedure. No real way of knowing wether you're doing your job right or wrong. Only thing you can do is just rely on help of others, which is the only way you can pass probation and stay here (gladly they are cooperative most of the cases) - Shift patterns if you're not used to them, for some it becomes a nightmare since it exhausts you to an extent of non-viable condition. But if you're down to sacrifice, it's manageable. - Performance gap between operators, not everyone is the same, some do get grip of the job nature less than others and hold the position just for the sake of salary. This is the primary issue in my perspective, not everyone is down to investing efforts to an equal degree, yet everyone gets paid the same, it's just unbearable at moments.

Lack of Meaningful Benefits: The position provides minimal, if any, tangible benefits such as healthcare, paid leave, or retirement support, making long-term sustainability difficult. Exploitative Conditions: The work environment may rely on individuals' vulnerable circumstances, such as immigration status or financial desperation, creating an inherently imbalanced power dynamic. Insufficient Compensation: Wages may fall significantly below industry standards relative to the labor required, leading to financial insecurity for employees. Limited Career Advancement: There are few to no opportunities for professional development, skill-building, or promotion within the role. Minimal Support Infrastructure: Employees often lack access to resources such as effective HR support, mental health services, or workplace protections. High Turnover and Low Morale: Due to the challenging conditions and lack of incentives, employee morale is typically low, contributing to high turnover rates.
