If you work hard, you are rewarded. It is a very fair place to work, without the usual amount of bureaucracy. Very good corporate reputation. Employees are encouraged to grow.

Cons

You are expected to work hard, which would be a con for some.

Pros

Innovative culture creates inspiration, creativity and passion. Challenging and rewarding. I am proud to be a Pinkerton and I live by our values of Integrity, Vigilance and Excellence.

Cons

Not really a "con" per se but the company is not for everyone. If you are not one with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, a career with Pinkerton may not be for you. We never sleep. :)

I very much consider my coworkers at Pinkerton my family. I have never worked in an organization where we will bend over backwards for each other, in all circumstances.

Cons

Salary reviews more often would be nice.
