      There is no performance overview or control, so you can stay in the company for years not doing much.

      Cons

      You’ll not be heard or consulted regarding decisions that affect your every day work. The orders will come arbitrarily, and every couple of years there will be a complete overhaul of the system because exactly what you flagged as problem happened, but nobody listened. Also, misogyny, racism and homophobia are rampant in this place, so buckle up for quite a ride if you unfortunately end up working here.
