      Flexible Smooth onboard process Competitive Pay

      There was limited paid leave. We couldn’t mange our paid leave because we didn’t have access to the system that tracked our leave .

      I enjoyed the people that I worked with - all very hard working.

      I disliked upper management - they are all about the numbers, and don't take time to understand the true needs to find success.

      They have some very good clients one can work with.

      Cons

      Once their employee is placed at the client's location, they are at the client's mercy for their fate. There is absolutely no right which can help the employee in their journey. They don't have any sabbaticals, awards, formal appreciation or experience documents for their employees.
