Pros

Good salary, perks, other benefits, parties, fast growing, new industry, diversified teams, global presence, expanding in India, part of securitas, healthy balance-sheets

Cons

Pathetic office location and building, lack of transparency in hiring especially in key managerial positions, monopoly of ex-servicemen in most teams, no graded pay structure (reporting manager could be someone with less experience and even less salary), high attrition rate, new industry catering mainly for U.S. and Western business interests

Pros

Since the organisation is swiftly developing and adapting to future market requirements, there is a lot of space for initiative and creative input.

Cons

If you want it all to be locked, stocked and barelled, you won't like contributing to Pinkerton's success. The main continuity is in ongoing change.
