I honestly can’t think of any

They keep slowly discontinuing anything that boosts employee moral. They record/ monitor every single pixel on your computer, which normally is pretty standard for any company, but they blocked the crossword website I use on my lunch when I’m CLOCKED OFF. ORM Fertility used to be an amazing, family like, place to work. Patients used to come to us from all over the world for what we provide. Our specific clinic makes Pinnacle a lot of money, yet they insist on tightening their grip. The yearly raise they offer is non-negotiable, and not even enough to keep up with the cost of living. It’s not competitive for nursing wages at similar clinics, and it’s insulting.

Located downtown Portland in a great neighborhood, making it possible to walk to work or easily use public transportation, our laboratory offers state of the art IVF technology and our lab director values work-life balance making it a great place to work and grow.

Cons

Free parking is not available for employees. No human resources on site. Requires to work weekends and Holidays on rotation.
