I previously worked at one of the practices acquired by Pinnacle and joined the Pinnacle team in 2022. I can’t even put into words the amount of growth the company has experienced since then. I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of that growth and can confidently say that my own knowledge and skill set in my role have grown exponentially. I’m incredibly thankful for the exposure I’ve had to M&A. Those who are open to change, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to put in the work to learn will truly thrive here.

Cons

We're still new and lean enough that there isn't formal training for many of the corporate roles. I like the autonomy you get to have in your role, but can understand that isn't preferred for all personality types.

Pros

Working at Pinnacle has been an absolute joy. The people, the business of building families and the encouragement to aim high and not be afraid to fail create a truly powerful environment. We have phenomenal leadership that trusts their teams to do the right thing, which allows us the space to grow, learn, engage, and build thoughtful solutions and SOPs with full senior leadership support. Senior leadership is very hands-on, encouraging, tangible and inspiring. My neighboring departments are collaborative and supportive, which has made it easy to build strong working relationships and improve processes together. The company genuinely supports work-life balance, and overall, this has been one of the best professional decisions I’ve made.

Cons

None to note at this time. There is always room to evolve, but my experience has been very positive.
