The only pro is good benefits and pay is okay.

Cons

I wish I had read the reviews before taking the job. Disorganized and clueless management, alarming turnover, no respect for work life balance and trying to add more clinics when there are not enough people to handle it. There is no culture to speak of and what exists is toxic.

I love the company I work for that was bought out by Pinnacle. There is still some of the lingering culture that makes the place worth working at, though I feel like the corporate money hungry energy will just continue to drive out the people who make it worth staying.

Cons

STONG corporate energy. You are a worker bee expected to do whatever to get money for them. Sacrificing patient interactions/workplace culture does not seem to be an issue for them as long as they are raking in the revenue.

Pros

They’ll list the job as remote. Recruiter will confirm it’s remote. Interview they’ll let you know it’s in office and they expect you to use your car to drive around the valley for any minor issue

Cons

If you’re on lunch break the CEO will come and expect you to do tasks. When you say ok and go back to eating she’ll grab your shoulder and whisper the same thing again in your ear. They’ll expect you to do minor construction for them like mounting the new 80” tv for the bosses office. Meanwhile they go around picking up failed clinics that have no direction and create massive turnover there. It’s the blind leading the blind and if you have any sense you will be relied on for things outside of your job
