I enjoy coming to work for the people who work here. Everyone is very kind and friendly. There is no bad blood between coworkers and we are all there for eachother.

Cons

I wish there was more transparency from Pinnacle about what is going on as there are a lot of changes going on.

Pros

The company is always trying to improve/grow where they can from process improvements, culture, satisfaction, etc. They care about their employees and patients. I enjoy being a part of the team.

Cons

Every company has its flaws. Pinnacle seemingly grew very quickly, and is now actively finding solutions to some of the prior concerns from that. I can appreciate their openness to feedback and thoughtful approaches to resolutions.
