Everything looks nice and sounds great at the surface

Cons

but once you start working with Pinnacle's leadership, things get scary. There is some seriously bad management here that gets rewarded for unethical behaviors. Work anywhere else if you want to do good and actually have a chance at a working in a healthy workplace. This place has terrible leaders, especially over their Operations and HR .
