Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience led you to feel this way, as fostering a respectful workplace and maintaining high standards of patient care are extremely important to us. We are unclear what is meant by “patient to RN ratios,” as our outpatient care model involves patients being seen individually by physicians or advanced practice providers. Patient safety and quality of care remain central to every decision we make, and we expect leaders and team members to uphold our clinical and ethical standards. Pinnacle encourages employees to raise concerns through our open-door policy so they can be addressed promptly. Our Human Resources team is also available to listen and provide support and can be contacted confidentially at humanresources@pinnaclefertility.com.

Pros

From day one, I’ve been trusted to take real ownership of my work, which makes everything feel meaningful and impactful. Leadership empowers you to make decisions, drive projects forward, and see your ideas come to life. Collaboration is a huge part of the culture. You’re constantly encouraged to share ideas, think creatively, and build solutions together. It never feels siloed — everyone is open, supportive, and excited to brainstorm and improve things as a team. And the people? Hands down the best part. The team is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely fun to work with. There’s such a positive, energetic culture that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot and celebrate wins together.

Cons

The workload has been very heavy at times, and there have been periods where it felt challenging and it’s hard to maintain a good work-life balance. That said, the team is actively growing, and you can see efforts being made to hire and redistribute responsibilities, which is starting to help. As the company continues to scale, there could also be clearer direction around long-term career paths and progression. More structure in that area would make growth opportunities feel even more transparent.
