      Strong, collaborative culture with an emphasis on transparency and mutual respect. Leadership is highly engaged; the CEO makes a genuine effort to know employees individually and understand their goals and perspectives. The organization feels flat rather than hierarchical, which encourages open communication and ownership. Employees are given freedom to explore new disciplines and expand their skill sets beyond their core role, particularly within marketing and related areas.

      Cons

      Health insurance options could be more affordable. Additional office space would be beneficial as the company continues to grow.
