Pros

I am fortunate to work alongside wonderful coworkers and supportive teammates who foster collaboration and mutual respect. Opportunities for learning and upward mobility are a constant, which motivates me to continue growing professionally. Pinnacle’s rapid growth keeps the environment dynamic and engaging, challenging me to stay adaptable, proactive, and continually improve my skills.

Cons

The constant changes across clinics, each with its own policies and operational workflows, can be challenging at times. Implementing a more streamlined and standardized process across clinics would be extremely beneficial, improving efficiency, consistency, and communication while supporting continued growth.

Pros

The people are truly amazing. Talented, kind, and deeply committed to the mission. You get the opportunity to learn from innovators in the fertility space, which makes the work both meaningful and energizing. This is a fast-growing organization, so things move quickly in the best way. There is a real sense of momentum and opportunity. Leadership gives you space to build, experiment, and move ideas forward, and you are trusted to do the work you were hired to do. New ideas are welcomed and encouraged. If you like testing, learning, and improving, this is a great place to be. Pinnacle is clearly investing in the future, especially when it comes to technology, with a strong focus on being modern, scalable, and forward-thinking.

Cons

Because the company is growing fast, priorities can shift quickly. You need to be comfortable with change and ready to pivot when needed. If you are coming from a non-medical background, onboarding can feel challenging at first. There is a learning curve to understanding the clinical side of the business, but it is very doable with time and curiosity.
