Pros

The only good things that I can say about this company is that they offer great benefits for full time employees, their equipment is all brand new, and they pay decently compared to other in house A/V companies.

Cons

From the top down, management is very poor. There is a lack of professionalism and experience that runs through most of the hand selected management. Most of the techs that I have met are miserable and don't get any support from upper management. There is bullying, harassment, and favoritism going on all over and they don't give proper breaks.
