There’s literally no respect between employees and managers most of the time. No discipline between ANY of the staff working ANYWHERE which is ironic because you’d think that a staff that comprise of former military would know a little about discipline. Favoritism is the name of the game. Know who to brown nose and you’ll get a lot farther than the one who can move boxes quicker. Work environment is abysmal. Never mind the fact that the entire place is practically hostile by nature, the warehouse didn’t even have insulation or anything that would be deemed clean or safe. Hot summer days, you will pretty much sweat gallons and you’ll still work twice as hard, careful to drink enough water, they won’t even have that. Cold winter days? If you thought it was cold outside in the 40’s, 30’s and even 20’s, and the warehouse would keep you warmer, you’d be completely wrong. If the windchill outside the warehouse doesn’t numb your limbs, the inside of the warehouse is just gonna freeze you with the humidity inside. By the way, did you have an issue with your payment? It is YOUR job to keep track of your own hours as they don’t even have a system to keep up to track. Missed hours? Tough.

There is no organization with upper management. Upper Management cross professionally boundaries with employees.
