Pros
time off, relaxed, casual atmosphere, good management. pay is fair but packages are below rate. gifts are given every quarter. there's a lot of downtime, and the time that we spend after hours is spent well. free food too.
Cons
latteral growth, boredom at times, few opportunities to advance. i have to rely on other depts to finish my work, and sometimes they come up a little short
