Greedy executives. Poorly managed. Abysmal pay for what we do and the amount of money we produce for the company. Fairly new system of "skill-based pay" doesn't actually live up to its name. Favoritism when it comes to promotions.

The comments about 50% turnover are accurate. Poor business decisions have slowed growth and bad management keeps driving away talent. They hire experts in the field then fire them because leadership refuse to change their habits. Bad leaders are more likely to be transferred than fired which simply leads to a new group of unhappy employees.
