Pros

Very rewarding to manufacture these life changing devices There are many very good people working here that really care about the work they do.

Cons

The company does not handle the gift of donation of human tissue with the appropriate care. All too often the only concern is to drive the bottom line. This is the result of long term poor management of finances and resources.
