      Great pay, but Psychological Safety is missing by leadership

      Great pay & stock options. The individual contributors of the organization are great to work with!

      Cons

      There is an opportunity to strengthen psychological safety within Pinterest. While our platform strives to ensure every voice is heard, that experience doesn’t always translate internally when engaging with senior managers and executives. Encouraging and valuing differing perspectives from direct reports—and involving them in shaping solutions—would significantly improve team trust and effectiveness.

      The people at Pinterest are phenomenal. Not only are they focused on improving the company, but they're simply a pleasure to work with. Rarely have I encountered someone who wouldn't help out or at least point you in the right direction. Not to mention the benefits are outstanding and I've witnessed a lot of mobility and long tenure at the company.

      Cons

      Work load can be difficult, but this could vary by team and by changes within the company.
