Cons

Too political, no internal promos, all external hires, morale down, some eng team are incompetent. Funding for team activities are not fairly distributed or have clear visibility. Some orgs are treated poorly

- Great flexibility, specially regarding remote work. - Realistic deadlines - Managers have technical expertise - No micromanagement - Focused on learning and developing skills - AI investment

Cons

- Oncall rotation: Starts after three months in the company (Sometimes sooner), and might be frequent depending on team members
